COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on small businesses, with almost half of Canadian small businesses battling significant reductions in sales and staffing. Elena Obukhova and Daphne Demetry, Assistant Professors in Strategy and Organization at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ, share how startup entrepreneurs are getting through the pandemic, with group conversations building a sense of community and reassurance during challenging times.
