Roy Kabla is a senior banker with over 25 years of M&A and capital markets experience. He has advised some of the largest corporations and financial investors in TMT industries globally. He also has a significant track record with cross-border transactions and the middle-market. He has worked in London and New York, as well as Toronto where he started his career; in addition, he has spent a considerable amount of time in Tokyo.

Mr. Kabla has served as an independent director of the board of private companies, working closely with founders. He is an active community member, and serves on the committees and boards of a variety of philanthropic organizations. Mr. Kabla holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Â鶹ԼÅÄ.
