What does Reconciliation mean to you personally?

Reconciliation to me as a non-Indigenous person means making a commitment to listening, learning and recognizing my biases.

What do you think is needed for Reconciliation to succeed?

Commitment, compassion, understanding, solidarity, acting to eradicate colonialism.

What is your personal pledge of action(s) to take part in that process of Reconciliation?

To continue my journey to work and walk in solidarity and become a good ally in my personal and professional life.
