The聽senior聽adult fitness exercises聽(safe)聽program聽is designed to聽improve the聽health, mobility and independence聽of seniors.听聽Safe聽is a series of exercise videos聽to help older adults聽gain strength,聽balance聽and flexibility to聽prevent falling and聽increase聽confidence to聽keep moving.听聽
Dr. Jos茅聽A.听Morais is聽the聽Director of Geriatric Medicine聽at聽the 麻豆约拍 Faculty of Medicine聽and Health Sciences, the聽麻豆约拍 Health Centre聽and聽the聽Jewish General Hospital.听聽He is also the Academic Lead of the Dementia Education Program.听聽聽
Dr. Morais聽is the creator of聽the聽safe聽program.听聽He聽will聽talk about the importance of fitness to聽prevent falls聽and聽promote聽healthy aging,聽explain聽why he created the video series,聽and share a sneak preview.听
