Overview

Social Work : Prepares students for participation in non-profit organizations, as founders, leaders, managers, workers, volunteers or members. Contemporary theories of management and organization to understand organizational dynamics, structures, processes. Practical knowledge/skills to articulate vision and values, develop strategy, improve performance, and manage yourself, people, finances, information and work through partnerships, contracts, networks, coalitions.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2012-2013 academic year.
