ECSE 525 Computer Architecture (3 credits)

Overview

Electrical Engineering : Complex and reduced instruction set processors. The design and analysis of memory systems. Interconnection networks. Architecture design. Pipelining, parallel processing, array processors, associative computing. Systolic and wavefront architectures, data flow computers, supercomputing. Fault-tolerant computing. Performance evaluation of computer systems.
