G茅nie 茅lectrique : Semiconductor power switches - thyristors, GTO's, bipolar transistors, MOSFET's. Switch mode power amplifiers. Buck and boost principles. Modulation methods -PWM, delta, hysteresis current control. Rectifiers, inverters, choppers.
