Out-of-province and International MSc-Thesis and PhD students will NOTÌýbe impacted by these proposed tuition increases.
PhD students from the rest of Canada will continue to pay the same tuition as students from Quebec.
Tuition will increase by approximately ~3% per year, as in past years.
