Convergent Innovation fosters individual behavior change and societal transformation by instilling social and environmental objectives of agriculture, food product development, nutrition, and health into business models, while improving economic viability of efforts focused on social benefit. On the evening of March 21, 2018, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ students and entrepreneurs from diverse horizons gathered at Esplanade, a collaborative space dedicated to entrepreneurship and social innovation in Montreal’s Mile-Ex neighbourhood. The occasion was the 6th pitch and networking night for food entrepreneurs hosted by RΓ©colte and Esplanade, in partnership with the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Centre for the Convergence of Health and Economics (MCCHE).
