There are three ways to borrow material not available at the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Library.
1. Request physical items from Quebec university libraries: Network Loan
Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ faculty, students, and staff can now borrow physical items belonging to Quebec university libraries by requesting them through the library catalogue (Sofia).Β
2. Borrow in person at other universities
Students and faculty may obtain aΒ BCI (Bureau de CoopΓ©ration Interuniversitaire)Β card in order to borrow in person at other Canadian university libraries.
3. Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
Use Interlibrary Loan (ILL) to obtain books, journal articles and other types of documents that are not owned in the collections of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Libraries.
