You can find course availability by semester in the听. All School of Information Studies courses begin with the subject code "INFS."

"REGN" code

The "REGN" registration confirmation code is a required 麻豆约拍 administrative code to confirm registration for graduate students. Registration in Minerva of the REGN registration confirmation course is听尘补苍诲补迟辞谤测听for all graduate students each term. Don't forget!听Note: There is no charge associated with registering for the REGN, and advisor approval is not required prior to REGN registration.

Deadlines

LATE REGISTRATION FEE: Please note that if you register after the regular regulation period, you will be charged for late registration. See the听麻豆约拍 Student Account Fees, Fines & Charges听辫补驳别.

To avoid late registration fees, register for at least one course via Minerva before the normal registration period ends. If you will be attending SIS but have not yet selected courses, register for the REGN course before the start of the term to confirm you are a student in that term. You can register for additional courses any time up to the deadline for add/drops.听

MISt program - Completion of required courses

A significant number of MISt courses have one of the four required courses as prerequisites; students are听strongly advised听to complete the four required MISt courses in their first semester. Throughout the program, students themselves are responsible to ensure that the required courses are completed and program requirements are met. For any questions about course and program planning and requirements, students should contact their academic advisors.

Not in a SIS program?

Graduate-level students from other 麻豆约拍 units, external units, and SIS graduates may be eligible to apply to register for certain SIS courses,听space and permission permitting. Not all courses are available to students who are not enrolled in programs at the School. For more information, please contact the SIS Administrative & Student Affairs Coordinator (see below).听Please note: SIS courses are offered on campus at 麻豆约拍 in Montreal; online course are not available.
