The Maurice McGregor Cardiovascular Research Day brings together surgeons, clinicians, researchers, fellows and trainees from our network of hospitals and research institutes, namely Â鶹ԼÅÄ, the Research Institute of the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Health Centre, the Jewish General Hospital and the Lady Davis Institute.

Learning Objectives
To outline the cardiovascular research performed at Â鶹ԼÅÄ
To develop research activities for students, residents, and faculty within the Faculty of Medicine
To discuss updates on new findings, new technologies and new approaches to the detection and management of patients with cardiovascular disease

Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their exceptional science in cardiovascular disease research performed at Â鶹ԼÅÄ.

The deadline for registration to attend Wednesday, May 26, 2021.

All participants must register in order to participate at the Maurice McGregor Cardiovascular Research Day held on Thursday, May 27, 2021.

This program meets the accreditation criteria as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and has been accredited by the Office of Continuing Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Â鶹ԼÅÄ for up to __4.5__ Section 1 credits/hours. 

Through an agreement between the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert Royal College MOC credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert Royal College MOC credit to AMA credit can be found at .
