The Foundation Series is a series of 4 short skill-based workshops for academic success with a particular focus on mental health and well-being. Come ask your questions, learn new skills, and find out what resources are available to students. Each session is 45 minutes.

Having difficulty getting started? Do you find yourself putting off tasks? This workshop will help you learn strategies to reduce procrastination and increase productivity.ÌýÌýÌý
Come and join the Sport Hive at Mac Campus. In collaboration with the Student Wellness Hub. Mcgill Moves, and Â鶹ԼÅÄ MacDonalds Athletics, the Sport Hive is a place to move and enjoy lawn and ball games. This event is to promote wellness trough movement and to build a sense of community on campus.
